Rafi Friedman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Carl Capital and the President of Coastal Luxury Outdoors. Carl Capital is a private equity firm focused on investing in service-oriented companies in the lower middle market segment. Coastal Luxury Outdoors is a pool construction, maintenance and service companies handling over 1,000 accounts annually.
Mr. Friedman began his career as an investment banker working at Citi and Oppenheimer & Co. He then joined Waterfall Asset Management, a middle market private equity firm based in NYC.
Rafi has a passion for unlocking value in businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit to take on big challenges. He combines his operating skills as President of a company with an investor mind set, having spent the better half of a decade on Wall St., in order to grow and enhance the operations of the companies he works with.
Mr. Friedman Graduated from Yeshiva University where he majored in Mathematical Economics and played on his collegiate soccer team. Mr. Friedman currently resides in NYC.
